Your flyer will be placed on it's own web page on our web site before we email your file to all the Realtors which you have
specified. We are not responsible for the quality of your eFlyer. For best results, use a standard Arial, Parade, Franklin
Gothic Medium, Calibri, or Pristina font of 12 pts or more. Generally, your 8.5X11" photo file will be displayed
at 750X945 PPI unless otherwise arranged.
Please give us the MLS # of your listing if it's not on your flyer. Please read our Payment Policy below.

This program is only available to licensed Real Estate Agents with commercial or residential Real Estate listings which the

Payment is due with your order. If you wish to pay by check, instead of by credit/debit card, please make your check out to
EZ Real Estate Flyers and mail your payment to us at: EZ Real Estate Flyers, 6002 NE 105th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98662. We
charge a 1.5% late fee compounded monthly and an Accounting Fee of $30 per month to cover the cost of invoicing. A $35 fee
will be charged for any "insufficient funds" checks to cover bank charges and accounting fees. ALL Sales are final through
this web site. We are unable to refund Payments made in error. A credit will be posted under your name for your next order.
